You can make LINE stickers (or save APNG) so easily with Honeycam.

1. First, bring image files into the program. You can simply drag and drop them if they are animated GIFs or WebP files.

2. With Honeycam, it is so easy to insert texts and make borders or round borders.

Click the Insert button if you want to insert texts or speech bubbles. For making borders and round corners, click the Photoframe button.
3. Once editing is done, click the Save button and select APNG for the output file format.
4. After adjusting quality and other options, just click the Save button, and done!
APNG will be saved using optimized 256 colors for default options.
If you don't change the repeat option, the saved animation PNG will repeat forever.
Troubleshooting
The number of loops must be between 1 and 4.
Go to Settings (F5) > APNG tab. Enable "Finite Animation Looping" and select a value between 1 and 4.
Set a playback time of 1, 2, 3, or 4 seconds.
Make sure that the the result of multiflying video length by the value of "Finite Animation Looping" is exactly 1, 2, 3, or 4.
